Visit Alley of Martyrs and Highland Park for panoramic views over Baku and the Caspian Sea, followed by a funicular ride and a photo stop at the Flame Towers. Continue along Baku Boulevard and Nizami Street before exploring Icherisheher, the historic Old City, home to the Maiden Tower and Palace of the Shirvanshahs.
